Permaculture-related events and service listings
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Listing Service provided by Permaculture Tasmania Inc (PT) for our members. By placing a permaculture-related event or service listing on the PT website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
- Promotional content:
- you are solely responsible for the content of your listings
- listings must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those regarding false advertising, copyright and trademark infringement
- the PT website service reserves the right to reject or remove any Listing that is deemed inappropriate, not a permaculture-related listing or that violates these terms and conditions.
- Payment: You must be a paid-up member of PT to use our listing service
- Placement:
- the PT website reserves the right to determine the placement and positioning of listings
- Listings may be rotated or shuffled with other Listings at the PT website admin’s discretion.
- Duration of the listing: listings will remain online as long as membership is paid; event listings will expire 24 hours after event.
- Liability:
- the PT website shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the placement or display of listings on the PT website
- you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the PT website from any claims, damages or losses resulting from your Listing.
- Changes to Terms: PT reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes to these terms and conditions will be effective upon posting on the PT website.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with State and Federal laws of Australia.
By placing a Listing on the PT website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
